The city views were stunning from my room, and the staff went above and beyond to resolve issues. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable with a wide variety.
Elevators were a huge inconvenience with long waits during peak times. I also experienced a lack of attention to maintenance, which was disappointing.

I had a fantastic time relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and enjoyed a rejuvenating massage during my stay. The bathroom could use some sprucing up, but overall, the spacious room made it a comfortable retreat. Don't forget to try the special three-course meal at the restaurant, it's amazing! 🌟

missingWrote a review on Jul 24unhelpful serviceno iron availability
I can't believe the level of service we experienced. The front desk was completely unhelpful when we arrived, and it felt like we were ignored. To make matters worse, there was no iron in the room, and they charged us for the ironing service! That's ridiculous for a supposed five-star hotel. We expected much better, and it was incredibly disappointing.

Got a twin room with two comfy double beds. Super spacious and the bathroom was huge with a great shower. We even had a nice view of the mountains! Only downside was the AC didn't work well at night, so it got a bit sticky. But overall, it felt clean and well-kept. Oh, and the breakfast spread was awesome!
